CallRevu Appoints Neil Moses Chief Executive Officer to Lead Automotive Retail's Next Chapter of Growth

The Communication Intelligence Platform Built by Dealers, for Dealers Names Its Next Chief Executive as CallRevu Builds on Its Calldrip Integration and Partnership with Astira Capital Partners

NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CallRevu, the automotive industry's leader in call intelligence and communication technology, today announced the appointment of Neil Moses as Chief Executive Officer, effective September 21, 2026. Moses joins CallRevu as the company builds on its recent acquisition and integration of Calldrip, deepens its partnership with Astira Capital Partners, and expands its role as the communication intelligence layer that dealerships, OEM partners, and technology providers rely on.

Founded in a dealership in 2008, CallRevu was built from its first day, by people who came from the automotive retail floor rather than outside of it. That origin remains the foundation of the company's mission today: to give dealerships control over every conversation, phone, text, and web, across their entire dealership, so that every interaction becomes a measurable advantage rather than a missed opportunity.

“Neil has spent his career building innovative and successful industry-focused SaaS platforms,” said Azra Kanji, Founding Partner at Astira Capital Partners. “CallRevu has established a strong foundation by creating technology built specifically for the automotive industry. Neil’s experience will complement the team as we continue investing in the platform, expanding its capabilities and creating more value for dealers.”

A Proven Operator, Brought in to Scale What Dealers Already Trust

Moses joins CallRevu with extensive experience leading and growing SaaS companies, bringing a track record of building on strong customer foundations. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Wynshop, a commerce and store-fulfillment platform for grocery retailers. Previously, Moses led Mi9 Retail as Chief Executive Officer, guiding the company’s evolution from an on-premises software provider to a leading cloud-based provider.

Over his career, Moses has been recognized multiple times among the nation’s top SaaS chief executives. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University. He began his career as a corporate attorney before moving into corporate development and strategy roles at AOL.

At CallRevu, Moses will focus on deepening the company’s commitment to the dealers and their teams who rely on its platform every day, while continuing to innovate and evolve the platform to deliver even greater value to customers.

“CallRevu's platform sits at the center of the single most important relationship in a dealership's business: the conversation with the customer,” said Chris Ritchie, Partner at Astira Capital Partners. “Neil has a rare ability to take a platform that already works and make it work at scale, without losing sight of the customers it was built to serve. That combination of discipline and mission alignment is exactly what this next chapter calls for.”

“CallRevu’s roots in serving automotive dealers give us a clear understanding of where new technology can help them win more business,” said Neil Moses, Chief Executive Officer, CallRevu. “We will invest in AI and build practical tools that help dealership teams respond faster and turn more customer conversations into sales. I look forward to helping our team deliver on these opportunities with the focus, discipline and personal service our customers count on.”

Building on a Year of Momentum for Dealers

Moses steps into the role as CallRevu closes out a period of significant growth and expansion, all of it aimed at the same outcome: helping dealerships capture, understand, and act on every customer conversation. Since being acquired by Astira Capital Partners in October 2025, CallRevu has acquired and integrated Calldrip, bringing rapid lead response and lead management capabilities in-house so dealers can own what the company calls The First Five Minutes, the critical window in which a shopper's expectations, and a dealership's odds of winning the sale, are set. That integration reached full completion within 100 days of the acquisition closing, extending CallRevu's Convert pillar with AI-powered engagement, intelligent lead routing, and automated messaging that works alongside dealers' existing CRM investments rather than replacing them.

Alongside that work, CallRevu has continued to invest in the standards that govern how technology touches dealers and their customers, including its AI Responsibility commitments and its Partner Code of Ethics, which holds every CRM, DMS, DVA, and AI partner in CallRevu's ecosystem to the same standard of data stewardship and customer protection that CallRevu holds itself to.

Across its four pillars, Connect, Convert, Optimize, and Develop, CallRevu today serves more than 6,000 dealership rooftops nationwide, giving sales, service, and BDC teams a single source of truth for every phone call, text, and web interaction, and giving OEM and agency partners visibility into performance that was previously invisible to them.
