Detroit Manufacturer Training Facility to provide employees at Ford, FCA, and GM the leverage and added competence needed to succeed

DETROIT, MI, UNITED STATES, July 14, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Quality Resolution Systems, LLC, a Detroit, Michigan consultancy firm, is ready to expand and add a Development of Manufacturing Training Facility, its publicist announced today. The move is expected to solve core issues facing processes from America's "Big Three," automobile industry.

General Motors, Ford Motor Company, and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles are internationally recognized as "The Big Three" and are the largest automakers in America. Detroit, Michigan is the headquarters for each of them.

Kiara Thomas, CEO of Quality Resolution Systems, LLC, says that after seven years of working with and for GM, Ford, FCA or one of their major suppliers, she noticed a pattern of reoccurring problems resistant to solutions. As both an advocate and participant of a growing and thriving workforce, Kiara Thomas says that change is needed if there is going to be any resolve.

In response, Quality Resolution Systems, LLC rolled out a two to five year plan which involves the "Big Three" automotive industry. Training modules and courses include learning manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, and injection molding; as well as commodities like sheet metal and general assembly.

"Learning union rules, how to deal with conflict, and how to successfully work in unionized plants, will provide individuals working in Ford, FCA, and GM manufacturing plants the leverage and added competence they need to succeed," explained Thomas. "Funding for the Manufacturing Training Facility will be provided by Ford, FCA, and GM."

“These moves are both innovative and strategic by nature," stated Fran Briggs, Publicist to Quality Resolution Systems, LLC. "That means, QRS, LLC is poised to continue to add strength to the economy.”

"Individuals will be trained on processes and general products that are involved in the production of a vehicle," said Kiara Thomas. "There will also be a non-profit side which trains teenagers the trades within the automotive industry, and a summer camp/after-school program for youth interested in Math, Science, Automation, and Technology," she added.

Laser Photonics Corporation Introduces Innovative Titan Express Mid-Size Laser Cutting Machine

Laser Photonics Logo

ORLANDO, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, July 12, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The innovative Titan Express, a mid-size laser cutting machine from Laser Photonics, combines a small footprint and high performance with the cut quality of a full-size industrial laser cutter. This laser cutting machine is powerful and reliable, integrating cutting edge motion engineering, CNC control, and fiber laser technologies in a size that will fit any facility and budget. It is equipped with a high-powered, energy-efficient fiber laser and an advanced direct drive motion control platform, making it the best machine for cutting highly reflective materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper.

The Titan Express has a lightweight design and the fastest cutting speed on the market. This system consumes less than 20% of the power required by conventional CO2 laser systems and has one-third of the operating costs of other laser machines. The Titan Express’s fully software-controlled geometry alignment eliminates the need for special installation requirements and requires no optical system alignment, laser service or laser replacement parts, making this system virtually maintenance-free.

The performance advantage of this laser cutting system is Direct Drive Motion System (DDMS) technology, a maintenance-free magnetic-based motion platform that is superior to any other mechanical motion system simply because it is an order of magnitude lower in resistance. All other competing technologies require larger, high power consumption motors to offset higher-resistant motion systems that need routine replacement of parts due to continuous friction- based wear and tear. Another significant technology advantage is the use of fully-sealed encoders that permanently eliminate conditions for laser placement errors and material jamming accidents associated with optical encoders that occasionally break or lose location accuracy due to accumulated debris obscuring the optical location functionality.
These laser cutting systems are equipped with native CNC G-Code Controls and can be operated by any trained machinist. They are geared toward companies involved in sheet metal fabrication and equipment manufacturing, as well as companies that produce construction equipment, aluminum vehicles, kitchenware, copper and brass gaskets, food processing equipment, and materials used in the aerospace and defense industries.

Laser Photonics is the industry leader in developing high-tech Fiber, UltraFast, UV, CO2 and Green laser systems, specializing in advanced and innovative processes and technologies. The company is a one-stop shop, supplying laser machines, automation, and software, as well as exceptional customer service. All systems are made in the USA, and warranties and financing programs are available. For more information about Laser Photonics’ Titan Express Series, visit www.laserphotonics.com or call (407) 804-1000.

Rosemary Barclay Shares 5 Tips for Choosing a Collision Repair Specialist

Acclaimed collision repair advisor, Rosemary Barclay reveals five tips for choosing a collision repair specialist.

SARASOTA, FL, UNITED STATES, July 11, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — A car accident is scary. Regardless of who was at fault, or what the result was, the collision itself is a horrifying experience. Even if both parties were lucky and no one was hurt, a collision is still a harrowing event. Everyone involved will likely remember it for the rest of their lives.

Unfortunately, the stress of the collision doesn’t end with the conclusion of the accident. After the police report is filed and the insurance is notified, a collision repair specialist is still needed. Rosemary Barclay is a collision repair advisor who knows the havoc this can wreak on everyone involved in a collision. So, she is sharing these five tips to help people choose a collision repair specialist.

1. Insurance Coverage

First and foremost, people want to ensure that the collision repair specialist is covered by their insurance. Auto Bodywork of any kind can be expensive; especially if it’s being done by a true professional. Therefore, an out of pocket expense could be detrimental to a person’s finances.

Rosemary Barclay wants people to understand the impact of needing a collision repair specialist. Not only will they be paying a deductible (at least), they might also miss work, due to not having a car. So, to mitigate that cost, people should ensure their insurance will cover at least some of the price.

2. Associations and Certifications

Rosemary Barclay knows how important it is for clients to ask the collision repair specialist if they have any credentials. This is important because it speaks to their professionalism. Most legitimate collision repair specialists are proud of their credentials because they worked hard to receive them. So, it's not a good sign if a potential customer asks about credentials and the specialist is hesitant.

A few associations that are credible include AAA, NAPA Autocare, Automotive Service Association, and TechNet Professional Services. Barclay also cites The Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) and AC Delco as credible certifications.

3. Restoration

The goal of going to a collision repair specialist is to restore their car. Ideally, this means the specialists should be able to acquire the right parts, down to the paint. This part takes a little bit of preparation on the part of the consumer. Asking the right questions is essential. That way, customers can be sure they’re getting what they want.

Barclay insists that most of the time, receiving manufacturing parts shouldn’t be an issue for the specialists. Usually, collision repair specialists work closely with manufacturers, so they have good connections. There are rare instances where an accredited specialist will have a problem finding a part essential to completing the job.

4. Ask for References

When having any work done, Rosemary Barclay advises people to ask for references. For a seasoned collision repair specialist, this is a basic request. Therefore, obliging shouldn’t be an issue at all.

5. Shop Around

Finally, Rosemary Barclay encourages people to shop around. Even though in the heat of the moment, it’s tempting to go with the first legitimate specialist referred. Jumping into something quickly might not work out for the person in the end. So, instead, take the extra step and shop around.

Additionally, being proactive is always a good idea. Finding a collision repair specialist before one is needed will save a lot of aggravation. It's better to have one and not need one. That way, the person isn't forced into a split decision. Emotions run high after a collision. Planning in case of an emergency helps the person remain calm and focused on the road ahead.

In summation, finding the collision repair specialist is vital to getting a person’s life back together after an accident. Rosemary Barclay is certain that these tips can help people choose their collision repair specialist quickly and efficiently. That way, they can move forward from this traumatic event.

Lee County Coveted Trial Date Obtained by Enterprise Holdings National Car Rental Grand Theft Crime Victim

National Car Rental 'ding and dent' fraud victim eager and optimistic with opportunity to present overwhelming crime scene evidence on open public docket

Enterprise has been accused of running a ding-and-dent scam so often by readers of this site, I’ve lost count.”

— Christopher Elliott, Consumer Advocate

FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, July 11, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — SubscriberWise, the nation’s largest issuing CRA for the communications industry and the leading protector of children victimized by identity fraud, announced today the trial date of August 22, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. EDT for the civil theft, intentional negligence, breach of good faith and fair dealing, and felony grand theft civil lawsuit, Howe vs. Enterprise Holdings and National Car Rental (18-SC-001768).

“Today I met with Enterprise Holdings counsel for a pre-trial mediation,” confirmed David Howe, United States of America child identity guardian and plaintiff in Howe vs. Enterprise Holdings and National Car Rental. “Although I appreciate the effort made by tortfeasor’s counsel and the professional mediator, we were unable to reach an agreement acceptable for each side.

“And that’s ultimately a good thing,” Howe continued. “Because from my perspective – as a crime victim and survivor of a predatory ‘ding and dent’ scam that’s reportedly harmed so many others that consumer advocate Christopher Elliott lost count (https://www.elliott.org/blog/enterprise-determines-damaged-rental/), it’s much more paramount for this particularly predatory case, including the remarkable crime scene evidence that was twice presented to Senator Marco Rubio’s staff and also the Office of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, to get the public exposure it so desperately deserves. Indeed, as most individuals know, mediation is confidential and therefore I’m unable to discuss any of the details from the hearing today.

“Of course, this case is much bigger than mere equity for one crime victim,” Howe continued. “It’s much bigger than the upcoming civil trial in Fort Myers, Florida, the location of the crime. In fact, as the professionals from FL AG Pam Bondi’s Office indicated to me during my hour-long meeting with Director Butler and senior investigators in 2017, this case is ultimately about desperately needed legislative efforts to change the legal predatory tactics of an industry that is able to strip a consumer of jury-trial due process through disgraceful arbitration clauses and unfair adhesion contracts, among others (https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180428005028/en/Child-ID-Guardian-Howe-Congress-Enterprise-Car).

“To be sure, this case is really about U.S. lawmakers enacting uniform and predictable standards to protect the citizens of the United States — as well as our sisters and brothers from around the world who come to this nation and expect the good faith and fair dealing covenant, but who very often receive something quite to the contrary that’s designed – and very effective as a matter of fact – to separate honest and decent unsuspecting consumers from their hard-earned money.

“Today, I invite local and international media to mark their calendars for this important trial. I encourage correspondents and investigative journalists to come to Lee County Justice Center to witness the overwhelming evidence and systematic scam that has ensnared so many of our fellow sisters and brothers.

"As a part-time resident in the state of Florida, I know that I’m not legally bound to report a crime. However, in the state of Ohio, where I also am a resident, a citizen is legally bound to report a felony crime (http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/2921.22). For the record, I take that duty very seriously regardless if it is mandated by law,” Howe concluded.

CENTERVILLE, UT, USA, July 11, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — Quick Quack Car Wash, Utah’s fastest growing car wash company, is giving away the best “Lucky Duck” car wash package to every customer for ten days to celebrate the opening of a new location serving Centerville and the surrounding areas. The free car wash days begin on July 18th and run through July 27th and are only available at the new location. Quick Quack Car Wash is open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The new location at 518 North 400 West across from Zion’s Bank is the 12th Quick Quack Car Wash to open in Utah in the past two years. Additional locations in Providence (Logan) and West Jordan are already under construction, while Riverton, South Jordan and Tooele car washes will break ground soon.

In conjunction with the Grand Opening, Quick Quack will also hold a special Fundraiser on Monday, July 16th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to benefit Ray Stoddard, who recently lost his home in a fire. During the fundraiser, customers will be able to preview the car wash prior to the Grand Opening and receive the best wash for free. Quick Quack will be matching donations from customers.

“We are thrilled to shift our focus of opening new car washes up North,” said Dallas Hakes, Owner and Regional Development Partner for Quick Quack Car Wash. “We are ready for another community to fall in love with Quick Quack’s fun brand of fast car washes and our focus on the community.”
